Latest News Update: British Airways Worker Convicted in U.K. Terror Plot

LONDON (BBC News Blog) – A jury convicted a previous British Airways pc specialist on Monday of plotting with U.S.-born extremist cleric Anwar al-Awlaki to blow up an airplane.

Rajib Karim, a 31-year-old Bangladeshi gentleman, was convicted of 4 counts of engaging in preparing for terrorist attacks. He had currently pleaded guilty to other, lesser, terrorism offenses.
